Job description

As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and critical-thinking Producer who will not only lead the production of our largest and most exciting SSI (Strategic Scalable Initiatives) experiences, but also manage a team of Associate and Junior producers, to ensure that high-quality experiences are delivered.

This role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the production of live events, shows, touring production, culinary experience and/or immersive experiences. 

The Lead Producer will be accountable for the implementation and perfect execution of scalable events across their region. They'll be responsible for challenging and adapting the event to the local specificities, proposing new production formats, technologies, and solutions that could enhance Fever's experiences, as well as play a pivotal role in shaping our event strategy.

Candidates should be passionate about delivering results and producing fun and entertaining experiences for all walks of the public. Strong communication skills are critical to success in this role as well as showing clear leadership approaches to team management. The right candidate will be a self-starter and have strong interpersonal and project management skills.

About the Role:
  • Manage all aspects of event productions, including pre-production logistics planning, hiring, onsite execution, as well as post-event wrap-up and reporting
  • Manage several productions and help scale various Fever Original SSI events against team targets. Efficiently manage your portfolio of events, SSI being characterized by a high volume of events happening simultaneously.
  • Develop and manage event production budgets, optimizing resources to achieve strategic goals, identifying revenue generating opportunities and cost-saving measures
  • Manage a team of local producers, providing training, guidance and support. As well as structured day to day management and performance reviews
  • Source and manage freelancers, vendors and service providers and ensure delivery of quality services as per company standards.
  • Add an experienced voice to  venue scouting  and booking, work with the business team to negotiate contracts with venues, third party vendors and talent
  • Create productions timelines and ensure that teams are keeping to schedule
  • Secure proper event permits and meet insurance requirements, complete risk assessments when necessary, be knowledgeable of regulations and best practices.
  • Understand the processes of all  administrative duties that your Producers will be undertaking, including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts 
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, departments, and senior stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables & SSI targets
  • Work with the Project Management team to ensure SSI Global team's expectations, financial targets and standards are met.
  • Domestic and international travel and work across time zones may be required 
About You:

You have a successful track record of Producing live events / shows with strong oral and written communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detailed, analytical mindset.

Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment/events industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners, and thinking bigger about how we create a compelling experience. 

  •  8+ years experience in Live events / experience production industry / between 3-10 direct reports in a previous role
  • Experience as Producer or Senior Project Manager for theatre/dance entertainment or similar project with key involvement in  the management of third party vendors, freelancers and contractors. Ability to manage multiple projects in different cities at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of an event in an organized and efficient way
  • Proven experience in vendor negotiations, managing production budgets and production issues such as permitting, Health & Safety and other rules and regulations in your region
  • Understanding of fabrication & design processes of a range of show elements: costume, scenography, Lighting, Sound etc.
  • Curious, with an appetite for learning, keen to push boundaries and try new concepts, and the ability to pick up new skills quickly.
  • Able to communicate with various stakeholders, working collaboratively and willing to be hands-on.
  • Solution-focused, identifying problem areas, and ways to optimise, creating plans to find resolutions to roll out amongst all your Regional Producers

Our Hiring Process:
