Job description

Welcome to The Freelance Firm! We are a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms.
We are currently interviewing for a litigation attorney opportunity with a minimum of 3+ years of Probate and Trust Litigation and some Commercial Litigation experience for our client, an Orlando, FL-based business and fiduciary services law firm, whose practice focuses on Probate and Trust Litigation, Probate and Trust Administration, Commercial Litigation, Estate and Succession Planning, and Corporate Law.

Multiple Bonus Structure:

* Signing bonus commensurate with experience level
* Negotiable relocation bonus.
* Annual base salary ($120000 to $140000) + 30% of every dollar billed/collected above three times salary up to $500,00, then tiered
* Monthly client origination bonuses
* Structured production bonuses
* Year-end bonus potential

Requirements:

• Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
• 3+ years handling probate/trust/commercial litigation
• Self-motivated organizational and time management skills
• Responsive to clients when they call or email
• Timely reporting to clients on the progress of their cases
• Accurately, timely, and ethically recording time for billing
• Mastering deadlines
• Working to better our firm and your work environment
• Technologically confident, comfortable using case management systems, and effectively utilize available technology
• Knowledge of Caret/ZolaSuite a plus
