Position Summary

The Manufacturing Data Entry & Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely entry of manufacturing, inventory, and production data into the company's ERP system. This position plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity by ensuring production transactions, inventory movements, purchase receipts, and manufacturing records are accurately recorded.


In addition to supporting manufacturing operations, this role assists the Customer Service team with order entry, pricing accuracy, customer communications, and retail partner support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is a salaried position.


Department: Finance/Accounting

Location: Fort Lauderdale (Delray Beach once a month)

Reports To: Corporate Controller


Manufacturing Data Entry

·        Enter daily production transactions into Acumatica ERP.

·        Record finished goods production, raw material consumption, scrap, and inventory adjustments.

·        Process manufacturing batch transactions accurately and timely.

·        Enter purchase receipts and inventory transfers.

·        Maintain production documentation and ERP records.

·        Verify production paperwork for completeness and accuracy before entry.

·        Research and resolve discrepancies between production reports and ERP data.

·        Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliations.

·        Support month-end inventory closing activities.

·        Generate production and inventory reports as requested.

·        Maintain accurate item, lot, and inventory records.


ERP Administration

·        Utilize Acumatica ERP to process manufacturing and inventory transactions.

·        Ensure data accuracy across production, inventory, and purchasing modules.

·        Assist with continuous improvement of ERP processes.

·        Support system testing and data validation for new processes.


Customer Service

·        Enter customer sales orders into Acumatica ERP.

·        Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipments, and product availability.

·        Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Production to communicate delivery timelines.

·        Process customer returns, credits, and order adjustments.

·        Maintain customer records and documentation.


Customer & EDI Support

·        Monitor Walmart Retail Link for purchase orders, inventory, and compliance requirements.

·        Process customer orders received through SPS Commerce (EDI).

·        3PL support (Dot)

·        Monitor EDI transactions and resolve transmission errors.

·        Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve order discrepancies.


Qualifications - Required

·        2+ years of data entry experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations.

·        Experience using Acumatica ERP or similar.

·        Strong attention to detail.

·        Intermediate Excel skills.

·        Excellent communication and organizational skills.
