The business supports clients across areas including cloud, AI, cybersecurity, software engineering, infrastructure, data and digital transformation.


This is an entrepreneurial, full-cycle / 360 recruitment role suited to someone with 1โ€“10 yearsโ€™ experience in technology recruitment who wants to take ownership of client development, candidate delivery and long-term market growth.


The Opportunity:

As an IT Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for developing new business within the technology sector, managing existing and new client relationships, and delivering high-quality technical talent across contract, contract-to-hire and permanent recruitment.


You will own your market, build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from lead generation and vacancy qualification through to sourcing, interviewing, offer management and aftercare.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of sales, recruitment delivery, account management and relationship building.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities across the Information Technology market.
  • Recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract-to-hire or permanent basis.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of candidates across areas such as software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, data, cybersecurity, AI, project delivery and digital transformation.
  • Use creative sourcing methods to identify, engage and attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability, motivation and fit.
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates, providing consistent communication and career guidance.
  • Manage client relationships across new and existing accounts, including regular calls, meetings and client visits.
  • Generate new business through leads, referrals, market mapping, candidate intelligence and client development.
  • Develop long-term strategic client relationships through phone, video and face-to-face engagement.
  • Balance job orders, candidate pipelines and multiple live recruitment processes.
  • Maintain strong service levels with placed contractors and permanent candidates.
  • Seek referrals from clients, candidates and existing networks.
  • Ensure recruitment processes meet internal quality standards, client requirements and local compliance obligations.
  • Work to clear targets, KPIs and revenue goals.


Ideal Experience:

We are looking for someone with 1โ€“10 years of recruitment experience, ideally within IT, technology, digital, engineering, professional staffing or a related specialist market.
