In this role, you'll help specialty crop professionals navigate the issues, innovations and ideas shaping their industry. You'll have the opportunity to set the editorial direction for three respected brands while creating meaningful content across print, digital, video and live events.
This is a full-time, remote position reporting to the Chief Content Officer.

  • Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity and alignment with AP and GAMS house style
  • Use content analytics and audience insights to strengthen engagement and inform editorial decisions
  • Recruit and manage freelance contributors, including assignments, deadlines and budgets
  • Build relationships with growers, researchers, suppliers and other specialty agriculture experts
  • Develop trusted connections with readers and represent their interests across the brands
  • Work collaboratively with advertising and marketing partners while maintaining editorial integrity
  • Moderate webinars and participate in events and other audience-engagement initiatives
  • Represent the brands at industry conferences and trade shows
  • Collaborate with GAMS editorial, design, sales and marketing teams
  • Identify new formats, topics and opportunities that expand the brands' reach and impact

What You'll Bring
  • A strong foundation in reporting, writing, editing and proofreading
  • Experience developing content for digital platforms, with an interest in video, social media and emerging storytelling formats
  • The ability to identify compelling stories and adapt them for different audiences and channels
  • Strong organizational skills and confidence managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • A collaborative approach and clear, thoughtful communication
  • Curiosity, sound news judgment and the initiative to take ownership of a brand

Experience with editorial calendars, content analytics, B2B media or agriculture is a plus, but we encourage you to apply even if your background does not check every box.
Why Join GAMS?
  • The opportunity to shape the direction of three established specialty agriculture brands
  • A remote work environment
  • Collaboration with an experienced editorial, design, marketing and sales team
  • Opportunities to build industry relationships and represent the brands at leading events
  • Professional development and opportunities for growth

  • Paid time off and paid holidays
