- Must have LIHTC Experience
- Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or sixย months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination ofย education and experience.
- Certificates, licenses and registrations required: Possession of valid Virginia Driverโsย License and proof of insurance. (Errands are part of duties as assigned).
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite; Payroll Systems; Project Managementย Softwareย
- Other skills required:ย
- Customer service background desirable.ย
- Basic arithmetic skills necessary.ย
- Excellent communication and organizational skills necessary.ย
- Individual must enjoy dealing with people, have outstanding customer serviceย skills.
- Weekend and/or holiday hours may be required.ย
- Willingness to complete time sensitive projects after regular hours whenย necessary.
- Must be willing to travel and occasionally stay overnight.
