Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments to evaluate clients and identify symptoms of mood disorders and other mental health issues.

  • Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, providing practical strategies for coping and fostering understanding within their support network.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, trauma, and behavioral issues. Utilizing methodologies such as systems therapy, narrative therapy, and structural family therapy, you will tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications
  • Active and valid LMFT license in California.
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Strong client-centered communication skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in therapeutic relationships.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with diverse populations in a therapeutic setting.
  • Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with digital health care systems.
