Work Environment

The work schedule is structured from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, thereby providing a predictable routine to enhance work-life harmony. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify symptoms of mood disorders and related concerns, ensuring an accurate understanding of client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients and their families to develop customized treatment plans that are informed by evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including systems, narrative, and structural family therapy.
  • Provide education on mental health conditions, equipping clients and families with the knowledge to better navigate their challenges.
  • Monitor treatment plans regularly, adjusting strategies as necessary based on client progress and feedback.
  • Maintain confidential and precise documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Engage in team meetings and case reviews to discuss client progress, share insights, and enhance collective approaches within the team.
  • Advocate for mental health awareness initiatives, helping to diminish stigma and promote community understanding of mental health issues.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and transitional life stressors. Our clinic's diverse clientele represents a wide range of backgrounds, making cultural competence and empathy critical in delivering effective care.

Qualifications
  • Active California LMFT license is required.
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-centered approach that prioritizes the needs and experiences of clients.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of hands-on experience providing therapy in a clinical or community health setting.
  • Experience working with a diverse range of clients and effectively employing various therapeutic modalities to foster positive outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
