Job description

At Elements Massage® Clayton, we help people move better, feel better, and live better. We’re looking for a Stretch Specialist to deliver guided, hands-on stretch and mobility sessions in a calm, supportive, wellness-focused studio environment.

This is a great opportunity for movement professionals who enjoy one-on-one client care, value consistency over chaos, and want to build meaningful relationships without sales pressure or clinical documentation.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide assisted stretch and mobility sessions using Elements Massage-approved techniques
  • Guide clients through active and passive stretches to support flexibility and movement
  • Educate clients on stretching benefits, visit frequency, and simple at-home care
  • Create a welcoming client experience
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members
  • Follow safety, cleanliness, and scope-of-practice guidelines
