Work-life balance can vary; some positions may expect you to be on-call or available for emergencies outside regular hours. However, the team structure is typically supportive, and clearly defined schedules help manage expectations. Free housing can be a significant benefit, but it's important to understand the exact responsibilities and boundaries before accepting the offer.
