You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to plan, execute, and optimize projects that enhance internal workflows and eventually support client‑facing products.

The position begins with a focus on internal efficiency but will expand into shaping new AI‑driven features and offerings for our customers. Success requires creativity, problem‑solving, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead or support projects depending on organizational needs.

  • Hands‑on experience building with AI tools in workflow or automation contexts (Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make, LangChain, etc.).
  • At least 6+ months of experience in a business or corporate team environment.

Preferred

  • Direct experience designing and deploying end‑to‑end agentic AI workflows.
  • Process management or Six Sigma experience.
  • Familiarity with AWS and Jira.
  • Experience working remotely as part of a distributed team.
  • Exposure to two or more of the following domains: data science, product management, software engineering, sales/marketing, project management.
  • Direct experience in data science, product, or engineering.
  • Python proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project planning and coordination across teams.
  • Partner closely with engineers, designers, and relevant stakeholders to move initiatives forward.
  • Problem‑solve independently and collaboratively to meet project goals.
  • Develop AI agents using Claude CoWork.
  • Review and refine AI agents developed by colleagues.
  • Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and industry developments.
  • Lead internal AI trainings and workshops to increase adoption and effective use of AI tools.
