Facility: All Saints Hospital

Department: Pharmacy Services

Schedule: Rotating shifts| PRN |Evenings 

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Manage Communications: Serve as a key point of contact by managing incoming calls, routing emails, and drafting professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.

  • Elevate the Visitor Experience: Warmly welcome and screen on-site visitors, confidently handling general inquiries and guiding guests to the right resource.

  • Coordinate Events & Meetings: Assist in the logistics, preparation, and smooth execution of departmental meetings, conferences, and special programs.

  • Maintain Data Integrity: Enter and verify critical data across internal systems, auditing reports to ensure absolute accuracy.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education: 

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
