Job Summary

Pratt & Whitney’s Military Engines Earned Value Analysis & Reporting (EVA & R) organization is looking for a self‑motivated and disciplined individual to join its team as a Senior Analyst. This position provides the candidate with a unique opportunity to work together with the Program Management Office and Engineering customers. While in this role, the ideal candidate will provide guidance and analysis in the areas of Project Management, Budgeting, Scheduling, and Variance Analysis used in the execution of Military Engines Programs. The candidate will become an integral part of the F135 program management team, providing analysis and recommendations utilizing Earned Value tools and methodology.

What You Will Do

Support proper implementation of EVMS and project management tools and processes through coordination with and guidance to the technical areas as they develop, plan, and analyze tasks.

Provide project management guidance to program team to ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidelines.

Perform risk assessments and what‑if analysis associated with task budgeting and program performance.

Actively support program EAC (Estimate‑at‑Completion) reviews and Monthly Program Review preparation activities.

Facilitate monthly data reconciliation as part of compiling compliant Earned Value or project plan data approved by the program manager that will be provided to the external customer.

Support on‑going compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA, DCMA, and Joint Surveillance Review).

Exercise strict attention to detail and internal and external customer satisfaction focus to ensure the team meets aggressive demands of military compliance programs.

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with no minimum years of relevant experience required.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a minimum of 2+ years of analytical and trending skills.

Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

Qualifications We Prefer

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration

Earned Value experience and analytical problem‑solving skills with knowledge of specific program management tools (i.e. SAP, Primavera, WebEVM, and Empower).

General understanding of and openness to continuous improvement principles.

Demonstrated effectiveness working within and outside of own team with strong written and oral communication skills, as well as professional demeanor.

Comfortable executing under pressure in a dynamic environment with the ability to focus on results to drive tasks to completion.

Salary

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
