Staff Analyst

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Staff Analyst (Level 3)to join the 737 Final Assembly Staffingteam in Renton, WAon 1st Shift.

We are excited to initiate this requisition to hire a Staff Analyst to join the team supporting 737 wing manufacturing at Renton. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the heart of Boeing's mission - building the wings products that enable flight by turning production data into actionable improvements that boost throughput, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will bring sharp analytical skills, a continuous-improvement mindset, and a passion for solving real-world manufacturing challenges that help deliver industry-leading aircraft to customers around the world.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and assess the architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
  • Analyze and summarize data including budget information, workforce levels, training requirements, and equipment/facility needs to support decision-making
  • Lead the development, planning, and execution of employee-related activities and initiatives
  • Partner with organizational leaders on long-range strategies, goals, and objectives
  • Provide continuous assessment of meeting and review structures to improve effectiveness
  • Develop executive-level briefings and lead the design, logistics, and facilitation of meetings and events
  • Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources to support organizational performance tracking
  • Utilize best practices in email correspondence, meeting notices, formatting, and document management to enhance communication and efficiency
  • Support safety and quality initiatives
  • Foster a culture of first-time quality and continuous improvement.
  • Assist leaders and teams in completing action items by setting reminders, facilitating meetings, and providing clear instructions
  • Organize and maintain SharePoint and shared server content

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting findings
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications
  • 1+ years of experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage at the Senior Executive level
