Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

CJ 4DPLEX is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our expanding SCREENX and 4DX business. This is a part-time position (28 hours per week) and offers hands-on exposure to the premium cinema exhibition industry, working closely with cross-functional teams on high-impact initiatives.

The Intern will support market research, sales analysis, project tracking, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic, global entertainment technology company.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business development initiatives

• Assist with sales data analysis and preparation of reports and presentations

• Support project tracking, timelines, and internal documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed

• Review AutoCAD drawings and theater layouts to support SCREENX and 4DX feasibility assessments

• Conduct site evaluations to verify installed equipment against design plans and specifications


Knowledge and Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn


Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in cinema, entertainment, media, or technology industries

• Experience with data analysis, market research, or project coordination

• Familiarity with financial modeling, forecasting, or business intelligence tools

• Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings and theater layouts

• Korean language proficiency is a plus
