GBG's Global Gaming team partners with leading operators, platforms, and technology providers across online gaming and sports betting worldwide. We help customers navigate complex regulatory environments, mitigate fraud, verify identity with confidence, and deliver secure, trusted player experiences at scale.

This is a high-growth team operating in a fast-moving, highly regulated industry where innovation, trust, and compliance are critical to success.

The Role - Acccount Manager, Gaming

Working closely with the Global Gaming Director, this role is responsible for driving meaningful revenue growth across a portfolio of GBG's Gaming clients. You will act as a strategic partner to customers, expanding existing relationships while identifying and closing new revenue opportunities through upsell, crosssell, and the introduction of additional GBG solutions. This position plays a key role in strengthening longterm client partnerships and maximizing the commercial impact of GBG's identity, fraud, and trust offerings within the gaming sector.

What you will do

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by partnering with Gaming customers to solve business challenges, address evolving requirements, and unlock new opportunities.
  • Clearly articulate the value and commercial impact of GBG's full portfolio of identity, fraud, and trust solutions.
  • Lead and grow GBG's largest Identity accounts, providing strategic direction and sales engagement support across complex opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engaging stakeholders at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams-including Product, Customer Success, PreSales, and Marketing-to ensure customer and sector insights inform the product roadmap.
  • Partner with Legal to support contract negotiations and successfully close commercial agreements.
  • Play a key role in developing and executing account strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Represent GBG at industry events, conferences, and association meetings, sharing market insights and emerging trends with internal stakeholders.
  • Drive sustainable growth by expanding revenue, increasing account value, and improving overall margin across the Gaming portfolio.

Requirements

Skills we are looking for

  • Ability to develop and execute a robust account strategy and pipeline that supports commercial objectives, from opportunity identification through qualification, close, and expansion.
  • Proven strategic sales experience, consistently delivering doubledigit revenue growth through a consultative, valueled approach.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multilevel client relationships across Csuite, commercial, and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements, challenges, and business objectives and translate them into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Experience maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity reporting to support commercial decisionmaking.
  • Ability to advise on and support the execution of tactical marketing initiatives within the gaming or regulated technology sector.
  • Solid understanding of the online gambling and identity verification landscape, or closely related regulated markets.
  • Proven track record of growing and expanding revenue across large, enterpriselevel accounts.
  • High energy, resilience, and drive, with a demonstrated history of exceeding performance expectations.
  • Strong ability to simplify and present complex technical solutions in a clear, customercentric manner.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, teamoriented environment.
