Job Brief:

A Human Resources Assistant provides all administrative support for the HR Manager.

The assistant usually aides in personnel management and other clerical duties when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in administrative duties such as benefits enrollment for new employees
  • Answers employee questions and requests when necessary
  • Assists with employee background checks
  • Assists with processing and reconciling payroll
  • Maintains and updates employee information in the system when necessary
  • Assembles employee data files
  • Schedules meetings and appointments at the HR Manager's request
  • Provides administrative support with email, making copies, and other clerical functions.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must be discreet and confidential
  • Candidate must be adaptable and a strong multitasker
