Position Summary
Gaube Enterprises, an independently owned Domino’s Pizza franchise, is seeking motivated, dependable, and leadership-driven Assistant Managers to help oversee daily store operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy leading a team, multitasking, and taking ownership of their shifts, with strong opportunities to grow into General Manager and franchise leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and food quality

  • Supervise team members, assign tasks, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting

  • Manage cash handling, inventory control, and cost management

  • Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards are followed at all times

  • Assist with food preparation, stocking, and general store operations as needed

Compensation & Perks

  • Hourly Pay: $18.50 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)

  • Tips available when assisting with deliveries (if applicable)

  • Previous food service or leadership experience preferred (but not required — we train!)
