This role requires frequent travel, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence others without direct authority.

  • Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations, food safety, standards, and overall performance.
  • Coach franchisees on company programs, best practices, technology tools, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
  • Support new restaurant openings, remodels, ownership transitions, and other market development activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support franchisee success and market performance.
Qualifications
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 80-90% within the assigned territory, including occasional evenings or weekends based on business needs.
  • High school diploma and undergraduate degree in Business, Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-unit quick service restaurant, fast casual, foodservice, hospitality, retail, franchise, field operations, business consulting, or a related operational leadership role; quick service restaurant, fast casual, or foodservice experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, including experience with profit and loss performance, sales trends, cost drivers, margin improvement, and influencing positive financial outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and influence operators, managers, franchisees, business owners, or field teams to improve performance, strengthen accountability, and drive behavior change.
  • Ability to assess business performance with nuance, identify root causes, and translate data and field observations into practical action plans.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role and manage multiple priorities across a territory.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, and comfort learning reporting or franchise management systems.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving history, and access to a reliable, properly insured personal vehicle.
Benefits
  • Insurance Plans (Medical/Dental/Vision/Life)
  • 401k
  • Competitive Bonus
  • Tuition Reimbursement
  • Company Holidays
  • Employee Resource Groups
  • Volunteering time
