Working in France often requires knowledge of the French language, understanding of local labor laws, and, in some cases, a valid work visa or permit for non-EU citizens. The French job market is known for its strong labor protections and unique work culture, including a 35-hour workweek and generous vacation policies. Many international companies also have offices in France, offering opportunities for both locals and expatriates.

To thrive as a Finance Manager, you need strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of financial principles, and usually a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
