Salary:

SiteWORX is a total site development company located in Lebanon, Ohio. We specialize in mass excavation, underground utilites and concrete for large residential, commercial and public projects. The responsibility of the Project Manager will be to take the project from the estimating department through closeout. Assist field operations during the construction phase. Work closely with Estimators and Superintendents to complete projects successfully on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will have experience within the Construction Industry. Be well organized, detail and customer orientated with an energetic positive attitude.


  • What you will be doing:
  • Contribute to a safe, secure, and healthy work environment. Safety is the most important thing we do.
  • Attend all Post Bid & Pre-Construction meetings with customers, field management and jurisdictions
  • Set Up, Maintain & Update all project folders to ensure consistency across all jobs
  • Gather & Submit all information required for Permits
  • Award & Buy out all material & subcontractors
  • Approve all project related invoices in time frames required by accounting
  • Schedule all subcontractors
  • Serve as point of contact with customers
  • Provide accounting all required information for monthly billing
  • Lead & Price all Scope & Plan Revision Change Orders in a timely manner
