Role Description The Framer will be responsible for constructing and assembling wood and metal framing for multi-family and residential projects, ensuring structures are square, level, and built to specifications. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, installing joists, studs, rafters, and sheathing, and collaborating closely with site supervisors and other trades. The Framer will inspect completed work for adherence to building codes and company quality standards, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and use hand and power tools in a responsible manner. This is a contract role and is fully on-site, located in Castroville, TX, requiring reliable attendance and consistent coordination with the project team.

Qualifications
