Invite a friend Back to job search Job Description: Meet, greet, and evaluate customers' needs. Create work order/invoice based on needs, and then dispatch work order to shop based on time limits. Visit vehicle in shop to view and evaluate with technician.

Create an estimate for immediate needs and any other recommendations based on evaluation. Create the estimate using all of our available: * Vendors to ensure best price/quality for customer. * Sources for preventive maintenance guidelines.

Properly convey the above information to customer via in person, phone call, fax, e-mail, or text. Order all appropriate parts, tires, and supplies Re-dispatch work order for repair with time frame set for completion. Follow up on work order during work period.

Finalize the work order upon completion. Contact customer upon finalizing work order. Discuss completed work with customer in detail including warranty and any future recommendations.

Finalize invoice depending on payment method. Experience and Skills * Must have basic automotive knowledge and passenger vehicle brand awareness. * Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

* Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds from the floor to waist level. * Must be able to drive vehicles with either standard or automatic transmission. * Must have valid State Driver's License.
