Print & Frame is a locally-owned & operated custom framing and professional printing company located in Burnsville, MN. We are proud to have served our community’s printing & framing needs for 36 years. In addition to our retail storefront in the Burnsville Center, we’ve also expanded into the wholesale world. With all of this growth we are looking for a new person to join our experienced, tight knit team!

Who You Are:

Are you passionate about art & photography? Are you excited to create various pieces of wall art from scratch ? Are you enthusiastic about frame design, cutting mats, and learning to assemble different types of frames? If you answered with a spirited “Yes!” to the above, we’d love to have you join us!

In this role, you’ll be working closely with our entire team to help stream line our growing wholesale business.

This position requires prior customer service experience coupled with strong people-, organizational-, and communication skills. You’ll report directly to the owner and be based in our Burnsville Center retail location.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build an understanding of the different art work we send out, learn how to assemble each piece with confidence , and engage in friendly conversation on the best solutions to achieve the teams goals
  • Proactively drive frameshop production by staying on top of up-coming orders and being a self-starter.
  • Assist with boxing and shipping artwork across the country. UPS Worldship understanding is a plus.
  • Maintain our high visual standards throughout the sales floor by cleaning and dusting, putting away finished projects, and cleaning up any messes with a sense of urgency
  • Collaborate & partner with other team members to accomplish tasks as needed

  • Prior success — you have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role; bonus points for a position in the printing & framing industry!
