Steel Stud Framer/ Carpenter The premier construction services company of Southeast Wisconsin, located in Lake Mills and founded in 1978, is recruiting an experienced, hands on Steel Stud Framer/ Carpenter to join our team. Responsibilities Installs all framing components; tracks, studs, sheathing to specified standards Asks necessary questions pertaining to scope of work performed Follows and listens to specific interior and exterior framing instructions Informs foreman of any immediate descrepencies for framing or sheathing Works individually and in a team setting Pays attention to specific details for scope of work Works safely around others Follows all safety guidelines from Suburban, OSHA and general contractor specifics Follows layout instructions from foreman Reviews framing with foreman after completion Does not abuse company tools; reports to foreman necessary maintenance needed Reports any project or health hazards to foreman that may arise near immediate work area Install framing components sqaure and plumb; to achieve exceptable finishes to follow with tolerance Follows framing instructions, Completes work entirely, Interior and Exterior framing Communicates with foreman for any necessary change in equipment or material needs
