Framer (Wall Panel Production) – 2nd Shift
Plant City, FL 33566
$19/hour (DOE)
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM | Monday–Friday (Overtime as needed)
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Overview
We are seeking experienced Framers to join a production team in Plant City, FL. This is an indoor position building wall panels inside a facility—not outdoor construction. Candidates must have prior carpentry experience framing homes or apartments.

Responsibilities

  • Build wall panels using wood framing techniques
  • Measure and cut materials accurately
  • Read and use a tape measure and framing square
  • Operate tools including nail guns and saws
  • Follow production schedules and safety guidelines

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a wood framing carpenter (residential or multi-family)
  • Ability to read measurements and use basic carpentry tools
  • Comfortable with physical work (standing, lifting, repetitive tasks)
