Premier Eye Center is seeking an experienced, energetic, and patient-focused Optical Sales Associate to join our growing Boca Raton team. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Our ideal candidate is friendly, organized, motivated, and passionate about helping patients find the best vision solutions while creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.


Responsibilities

● Assist patients with frame selection, lens recommendations, and eyewear purchases

● Provide personalized optical styling and product education

● Troubleshoot patient concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care

● Ensure accurate order entry, frame inventory management, and follow-up communication

● Maintain an organized and attractive optical showroom

● Work collaboratively with doctors, technicians, and front office staff to create a seamless patient experience

● Meet individual and team sales goals while prioritizing patient satisfaction

● Assist with frame adjustments, repairs, and dispensing eyewear

● Travel occasionally between office locations when needed


Qualifications

● Previous optical sales experience required
