Job description

Outside Sales Representative (Commission Only)

Pro Tech Builders & Pro Tech Restoration

Build Your Own Success.

Are you the type of person who doesn't wait for opportunity—you create it?

Have you owned your own business, worked for yourself, or built something from the ground up? Maybe you're tired of wearing every hat—handling accounting, marketing, operations, customer service, and sales—and you're ready to do what you do best: sell.

At Pro Tech Builders and Pro Tech Restoration, we're looking for highly motivated sales professionals who want the freedom of an uncapped commission structure while being backed by an established company with the systems, support, and reputation to help them succeed.

If you're a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and controlling your own income, we'd love to talk.

About Us

Pro Tech Builders specializes in custom decks, outdoor living spaces, and post-frame buildings.

Pro Tech Restoration helps homeowners restore their properties after storm damage, specializing in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and exterior remodeling through insurance claims.

Together, we provide our sales team with multiple revenue opportunities throughout the year.

What You'll Do

  • Generate and manage your own sales pipeline through networking, referrals, canvassing, and company-generated opportunities.
  • Meet with homeowners to inspect properties and identify their needs.
  • Prepare estimates and present solutions that fit the customer's goals and budget.
  • Guide customers through the construction or insurance restoration process.
  • Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
  • Manage your sales opportunities from first contact through signed contract.
  • Represent Pro Tech Builders and Pro Tech Restoration with professionalism and integrity.

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Is highly self-motivated and doesn't need constant supervision.
  • Has an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • May have owned or operated their own business.
  • Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships.
  • Is confident, organized, and goal oriented.
  • Wants unlimited earning potential rather than a capped salary.
  • Thrives in a performance-based environment.
  • Is comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team.

Previous experience in construction, restoration, remodeling, real estate, in-home sales, or business ownership is a plus—but not required for the right person.

What We Offer

  • 100% Commission-Based Compensation
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • Industry-leading commission structure
  • Multiple revenue streams between restoration and new construction
  • Sales training and ongoing mentorship
  • Proven sales systems and estimating tools
  • Marketing support and company branding
  • Flexible schedule
  • Opportunity for advancement into leadership

Why This Role?

Many talented salespeople eventually start their own businesses because they want control over their income.

The problem?

Running a business means spending countless hours on accounting, hiring, scheduling, marketing, permits, collections, operations, and paperwork—leaving less time to actually sell.

At Pro Tech, we've already built the business.

You bring the ambition and sales ability.

We'll provide the infrastructure, operational support, production teams, and systems so you can spend your time doing what generates income—closing deals and serving customers.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position designed for high performers who want their income to reflect their effort and results. There is no cap on earnings, and top performers have the opportunity to build a six-figure income.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Smartphone and basic computer skills
  • Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs (training provided if needed)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate customers

Join Our Team

If you're looking for another hourly job, this probably isn't the right fit.

If you're looking for the opportunity to build a career, control your income, and be rewarded for your performance while working alongside an experienced team, we'd love to meet you.

Apply today and see what your earning potential can truly be with Pro Tech Builders and Pro Tech Restoration.
