Houston, TX | Field-based | 1099 commission-only


Framework Home Remodeling is building a disciplined in-home sales team serving homeowners across Greater Houston. We sell roofing, replacement windows, and exterior remodeling through a clear sales process supported by modern technology, financing, inside sales, and a dedicated production team.


Representatives build business in two ways: run company-generated appointments and self-generate through door knocking, referrals, relationships, and local prospecting. Self-generated business pays more.


This is a true in-home sales position, not a canvassing-only role and not a lead-only closer position. Company appointments are part of the opportunity, but they are not guaranteed to fill your calendar. When lead volume is light, you continue producing.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Run scheduled in-home roofing and window appointments
  • Understand each homeowner's project and recommend the appropriate solution
  • Present products, pricing, financing, and project expectations clearly
  • Ask for the business, protect pricing, and close responsibly Generate additional opportunities through doors, referrals, relationships, and local prospecting
  • Record complete appointment results, notes, and next steps
  • Complete accurate handoffs for every sold project
  • Participate in training and operate according to clear activity, pricing, and performance standards

COMPENSATION

  • Commission-only independent contractor position; no base salary or guaranteed income
  • Commissions are calculated transparently as a percentage of contract value
  • Self-generated business earns a higher commission
  • The complete commission structure is reviewed before training

WHO SUCCEEDS HERE

You do not need years of roofing or windows experience. You do need the willingness to learn, prospect, sit with homeowners, ask for the sale, handle rejection, and produce without guaranteed income.


You must have reliable transportation, professional communication, resilience, personal accountability, and the discipline to work when nobody is standing over you.


Experience in in-home sales, home improvement, automotive, insurance, solar, real estate, or another performance-based environment is valuable but not required.


If you require a base salary, are unwilling to knock doors, or expect the company to provide a full calendar without self-generated effort, this is not the right opportunity.
