Job description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities of the field service technicians as well as providing quality service and solutions to our clients at our headquarters in Burr Ridge, IL.

Responsibilities include:


  • Schedule and coordinate service calls to available Field Service Technicians and/or route calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Maintain on-going communications with current clients in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Maintain data integrity in our E-Automate service system by completing work within the proper time-frame
  • Follow-up with the customer on service calls when complete by providing prompt guidance
  • Responsible for communication on all open and pending service calls to customer
  • Process defective parts repair claims when necessary
  • Responsible for supplies replenishment orders for our print management contracts
  • Verify and maintain customer contact and database information
  • Invoicing of Print Management Agreements & Service Agreements
  • Responsible for handling light shipping of parts and supplies utilizing the UPS system
  • Experience with E-Automate, ACT and Microsoft Office software is a plus

Qualifications:


  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), email and on the phone.
  • Must possess a great attitude, have excellent organizational skills and time/task management skills to prioritize & make decisions
  • Must confidently provide work direction to field personnel and improve performance outcomes
  • Two to 3 years + related experience and/or training in customer service, billing or equivalent combination of education and experience
