Job Title: Frame Management Clerk  
Location: Sauk Rapids, MN 56379
Duration: 3 Months (Temporary Contract)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday (Overtime as needed)
Pay Rate: $17.25/hr (W2, No Benefits)

Position Summary
The Frame Management Clerk is responsible for matching frames with lens envelopes, unwrapping, and traying up frames and lenses. This role involves repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure quality and accuracy in the lens inventory process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Match frames with lens envelopes by tray number, unwrap, and tray up frames and lenses.
  • Sort lens envelopes into designated bins and maintain proper organization.
  • Restock frame bins by tray number as required.
  • Scan frames and lenses into and out of inventory systems.
  • Verify accuracy of frame and lens matches by reading RX fingerprints and tray details.
  • Assist with maintaining frame inventory and ensure proper workflow.
  • Support overall production efficiency by performing repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members and assist in additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to read, match, and verify numbers accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • English reading, writing, and communication skills required.
  • Basic computer skills preferred (scanning, data entry).
