Upstream Control Room Operator
Are you a skilled professional seeking a pivotal role in the energy industry? What You Will Do:
As an Upstream Control Room Operator, you will monitor, control, and optimize upstream production facilities, ensuring safety and efficiency. You'll play a key role in maintaining continuous operations, troubleshooting issues promptly, and supporting the overall success of our upstream production team.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in upstream control room operations or oil & gas processing
  • Strong understanding of process control systems (SCADA, DCS) and instrumentation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a rotating 14/14 schedule (day/night shifts)
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Certifications such as TSSA, HSE, or similar industry-specific credentials

Preferred Education and Experience:
