Job Summary:

The QP(DCC, Customer Service, QS) Engineer is responsible for quality program management, document control (DCC), customer quality service, and quality system (QS) management for AI server and rack manufacturing operations, supporting the product lifecycle from New Product Introduction (NPI) through production ramp and Mass Production (MP). This role manages the quality management system and controlled documentation, drives customer quality programs and complaint response, and coordinates internal, customer, and certification audits to ensure documentation integrity, quality system compliance, and customer satisfaction. The QP(DCC, Customer Service, QS) Engineer works closely with Quality Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, and customer-facing teams to protect product quality and customer requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer quality programs by reviewing requirements, specifications, quality agreements, quality deliverables, customer communication, complaints, RMA coordination, portals, and scorecards.
  • Administer Document Control Center activities, including controlled-document creation, review, approval, revision control, distribution, retention, obsolescence, and engineering-change updates.
  • Develop and maintain QMS documentation, procedures, work instructions, forms, quality records, control plans, quality plans, inspection criteria, and NPI quality deliverables in line with ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate customer complaints, 8D/CAPA responses, internal/customer/QMS audits, audit findings, closure actions, verification of effectiveness, and controlled records for traceability and compliance.
  • Track quality KPIs, document status, audit findings, customer complaints, CAPA aging, and on-time closure; drive continuous improvement and train teams on document control, QMS, and customer quality requirements.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CQE, Lean Six Sigma, quality auditing, or related quality certification preferred.

Experience:

  • 4-7 years of quality program, quality system, document control, customer quality, or related quality experience in electronics manufacturing or related industries.
  • Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems, document control, quality records, quality-system audits, customer quality communication, complaints, RMA, and scorecards or portals.
  • Experience with 8D, 5 Why, fishbone analysis, CAPA, audit processes, and quality priorities in complex electromechanical or high-mix manufacturing environments preferred.
