Our premium brand, performance-defining products and systems are used primarily on bicycles, side-by-side vehicles, on-road vehicles with and without off-road capabilities, off-road vehicles and trucks, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, specialty vehicles and applications, motorcycles, and commercial trucks. Some of our products are specifically designed for and marketed to a variety of leading cycling and powered vehicle original equipment manufacturers ("OEMs"), while others are distributed to consumers through a global dealer and distribution network. Position Summary:

Assist all areas of warehouse shipping, LTL's and Returns

Position Responsibilities:

  • Load/Offload trailers using warehouse equipment and/or manually.
  • Move wheels, tires, accessories, apparel, and other items using warehouse equipment and/or manually.
  • Make Deliveries and transfers (Driver License Required).
  • Utilize WMS to process and package orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate industrial trucks (forklifts, pickers, etc.) pallet jack and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Cycle count wheels, tires, accessories, apparel and miscellaneous as directed.
  • Operate company vehicles.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

  • Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed.
  • Maintain neat, clean, and orderly warehouse appearance.
  • Ability to work extended hours/over-time as needed as well as some Saturdays.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Conform to all quality and safety procedures.
  • Operate accurately and timely in a fast-paced environment.

Position Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in a distribution environment, preferred

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Constant physical activity; standing, walking, reaching, grasping, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and repetitive motion for an 8-hour up to a 12-hour shift.
  • Visual acuity
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Compensation Range$17.56 - $23.56

The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Fox reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
