Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support operations within our fast-paced boat manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for managing marine parts and materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the timely movement of components to and from the production floor.
The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on environment, prioritizes safety and quality, and demonstrates strong organizational skills and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily shipping and receiving operations in a production warehouse environment
  • Manage inventory control, including cycle counts and material tracking
  • Prepare and process bills of lading and shipping documentation
  • Coordinate freight shipments with vendors and carriers
  • Stage materials to support production schedules
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently
