FOX Sports Ad Sales is seeking a Coordinator to join the team within the Sports Brand Partnerships group. As the Coordinator, you will support the development and implementation of brand partnerships across FOX Sports properties to achieve revenue goals. This role will specifically focus on the FOX Sports Digital Strategy team and touch all major sports across the FOX Sports portfolio.

The FOX Sports Digital Strategy team's goals are to maximizes efficiencies and leverages its partners' media investments into innovative, strategic and creative solutions across the digital landscape. While the focus is digital and social platforms, a core competency is to create and support multi-platform opportunities across FOX Sports portfolio and ecosystem.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day-to-day support for Sports Brand Partnerships teams, focusing on digital partnerships and campaigns
  • Oversee performance tracking of sponsored social media campaigns across FOX Sports platforms, including Soccer, NFL, College Football, NASCAR, and other properties
  • Coordinate between Account Management, Digital Content Production, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of sold campaigns
  • Assist in work on client presentations, RFP responses, digital production workflow and marketing sponsorship trackers
  • Develop best-in-class sales presentations, materials and collateral based on capabilities, research and consumer insights
  • Contribute to all Digital Strategy operations, such as managing timelines, legal approvals, tracking and communication with both internal and external partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of campaigns
  • Participate and lead team brainstorms both proactively and in response to RFPs based upon specific client objectives.
  • Establish communication with Digital Account Coordinators, Managers and Sales Account Executives.
  • Communicate directly with client and agency partners on campaigns, supporting execution, coordination, and ongoing communication throughout campaigns
  • Organize and track FOX Sports sponsorship executions and competitive elements
  • Be a student of the business by staying current with the ever-changing digital landscape including social platforms and competitors of FOX Sports.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 0-2 years of media, partnerships and/or social media experience
  • Must have strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure sales environment
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Also proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to convert information into a relevant story and visual presentation
  • Demonstrated capability for critical thinking and analysis of numerical data.
  • Profound comprehension of social media platforms
  • Understanding of the branded content landscape and media sales process, including digital and social media platforms.
  • Must have a passion for sports

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $23.50-27.25 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
