General Purpose
The City of Commerce City is seeking an enthusiastic Outside Services Leader. The Outside Service Leader is responsible for leading the daily outside operations including greeting and communicating course policies to our golfers, directing players to the appropriate tee box, monitoring the practice facility for set up and cleanliness, observing on-course play for pace requirements and player etiquette compliance; assisting with setup, preparation, cleaning and breakdown of the outside golf operations to include the practice facility, cart staging area, cart barn and surrounding grounds of the clubhouse. The Outside Service Leader will provide a high level of customer service activities for all guests of the golf course and support all golf course related operations to include tournaments and daily play.
Hiring salary is dependent upon experience.
The hiring range for an Outside Service Leader PT is $16.71 - $19.16 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications
A High School /GED diploma required. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Recreation Center Membership: Employees are eligible for a membership to the Commerce City Recreation Center for $5.00 per year.
Golf Course Green Fees: Employees can play the City's award-winning Buffalo Run Golf Course at a rate of $9.00 for 9-holes or $18.00 for 18-holes. Employees can also purchase golf merchandise at discounted prices.
Benefits: The city monitors the hours worked for seasonal and variable hour employees. In the event that they work more than 1,560 hours within the ACA measurement period, they will be offered health benefits.
Wellness: Employees are eligible to earn up to $100 for participation in various wellness activities offered by the City throughout the year.
Eligibility for Pay Increases: Employees are eligible for a pay increase around the time of their annual appraisal following a successful evaluation.
Sick Time: Accrual is 1 hour per 30 hours worked
