Phoenix Hebrew Academy (PHA), established in 1965, is the first Orthodox Jewish day school in Arizona. We are dedicated to providing a dual curriculum of both Judaic Studies and General Studies in a warm atmosphere.

Position: Fourth Grade General Studies Teacher

Phoenix Hebrew Academy is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Fourth Grade Teacher. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and committed to fostering an engaging learning environment that aligns with our school's values and mission.

Responsibilities
  • Instruction: Develop and implement a comprehensive and engaging curriculum for fourth-grade students in all general studies subjects, including English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies.

  • Differentiation: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including those who require extra support and those in our gifted program.

  • Classroom Management: Maintain a structured, positive, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages student curiosity, respect, and independence.

  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers, administrators, and parents to support student growth and development.

  • Communication: Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and upcoming events.
