What does a Four Hour do?

A 'Four Hour' role usually refers to a part-time position where employees are scheduled for four-hour shifts, often to cover peak business periods or provide flexible support. Common responsibilities can include performing specific tasks efficiently within the limited timeframe, collaborating with full-time staff, and adjusting quickly to the team's needs. Many organizations use these roles for positions in retail, customer service, or administrative support, offering flexibility for students or individuals seeking supplemental income.
