We are seeking dedicated individuals interested in a new career as Caster, Foundry Worker to join our dynamic team in Cary, IL. We have openings on all shifts.

As a key player in our foundry operations, you will be responsible for producing high-quality castings that meet our stringent standards. If you have a passion for craftsmanship and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate casting machines and equipment to produce metal castings.
  • Prepare molds and cores according to specifications and ensure they are free from defects.
  • Monitor the casting process to ensure quality and consistency of products.
  • Inspect finished castings for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.
  • Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in foundry operations is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a foundry or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with measurement tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
