Job description

You've mastered product design at a world-class growth org. You're comfortable being scrappy, want to move fast, and care about the customer. You could go get another design role, or you could be a foundational piece of a rocketship that is building the future of generative UI and design.
The day-to-day work will consist of building and scaling our offering, helping shape the direction of the product, and by extension, the future of generative UI.
You must have experience designing products that are easy to use but have inherent underlying complexity, as well as a level of product thinking and innate curiosity about product users and their needs. Importantly, your skills will not just be used in building our product, but also to help our AI system do design engineering for our customers.
About Us:
  • At Coframe, we're giving every website and app its own AI growth engineer. We envision a future where user interfaces can adapt, evolve, and personalize themselves, giving the internet its own sense of life and intelligence. We are a primarily in-person company based in San Francisco.
  • Our values are core to who we are and how we operate: agency, truth-seeking, growth, and velocity.
  • We are well-capitalized with backing from Khosla Ventures, Nat Friedman, the founder of Android, and others.
  • Our team is small and talent-dense, consisting of competitive programmers, former founders (our founder previously co-founded a unicorn), and AI researchers from top institutions who have created a few of the most popular OSS code generation projects.

Qualifications:
  • World-class product design experience (we use Figma)
  • Demonstrated focus on driving business and product outcomes
  • Ability to design intuitive user experiences that may otherwise be complex
  • A strong sense of taste and aesthetics
  • Ability to ship fast and balance quality vs. speed effectively
  • Strong communication is essential, particularly between eng, exec, and product
  • Experience conversion optimization is a plus
  • Early-stage startup/founder experience is a plus

Benefits:
  • Flexible (Unlimited) Paid Time Off
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits for you and your family
  • Life Insurance and Disability Benefits
  • 401k Plan with Coframe match
  • Meals covered in-office
  • Gym membership
  • Housing stipend based on proximity to our Bay Area office
