About Us

AMC911 – Atlas Master Companies is a family-owned crawl space, foundation repair, waterproofing, masonry, and structural repair company serving the Hampton Roads region.

Operating from Norfolk, Virginia, AMC911 has served area homeowners since 1993. Our production teams use specialized equipment and repair systems to provide long-term solutions for foundation settlement, structural deterioration, crawl space moisture, and waterproofing problems.

We are looking for employees who want to learn a specialized trade, become valuable members of a production team, and build a long-term career with the company.

AMC911 is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team as Foundation & Crawl Space Repair Technicians.


What You'll Do

Responsibilities may include:

  • Perform foundation and structural repair installations
  • Work in crawl spaces and other confined areas
  • Assist with structural support systems and foundation stabilization
  • Perform excavation and soil removal
  • Install crawl space waterproofing and moisture-control systems
  • Perform basic carpentry, structural wood, masonry, and CMU repairs
  • Load and unload construction materials and equipment
  • Operate hand and power tools and assist with hydraulic equipment
  • Maintain organized trucks, equipment, and job sites
  • Follow project plans, installation specifications, and safety procedures
  • Maintain accurate documentation of completed repairs
  • Work closely with crew leaders and other production team members
  • Work overtime when needed during busy periods


Physical & Working Requirements

Applicants must be able and willing to:

  • Work inside crawl spaces and confined areas for extended periods
  • Crawl, kneel, bend, climb, and work in physically restrictive positions
  • Routinely lift and carry 50 pounds or more
  • Perform excavation and other physically demanding construction activities
  • Work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions
  • Work around dirt, dust, mud, moisture, and typical construction-site conditions
  • Safely operate construction tools and equipment


Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to safely perform physically demanding construction work
  • Comfortable working in crawl spaces and confined environments
  • Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a crew
  • Willingness to learn AMC911's specialized repair systems

Experience in any of the following is a plus, but not required:

  • Foundation or crawl space repair, Waterproofing, Carpentry or framing, Masonry or concrete, Excavation, Hydraulic equipment, Plumbing or drainage, General residential construction, Equipment operation
