We are looking for a reliable and energetic Sales Lot Porter to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the sales department by keeping our vehicle inventory organized, clean, and properly displayed. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door at an automotive dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Move, arrange, and display vehicles on the sales lot according to dealership standards

  • Keep the sales lot clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times

  • Wash, vacuum, and perform light detailing on vehicles as needed

  • Retrieve and deliver vehicles to customers, service, and other departments as directed

  • Assist sales associates with vehicle demonstrations and test drives

  • Ensure all vehicles have proper pricing, window stickers, and accessories displayed

  • Perform routine checks on lot vehicles, including tire pressure and cleanliness

  • Maintain dealership common areas and entrance in a neat and professional appearance

  • Report any vehicle damage or safety concerns to management immediately

  • Assist in receiving and processing trade-in and new inventory vehicles

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive or customer service experience a plus

  • Positive, friendly attitude and willingness to learn

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment in various weather conditions

  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

  • Team player with the ability to follow direction

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
