Full-Time | Competitive Salary | Comprehensive Benefits
Bethany Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing the nutritional health and overall well-being of our residents while working in a collaborative rehabilitation and long-term care environment.
We are committed to providing exceptional care and creating a supportive atmosphere for both residents and staff.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents upon admission and as needed
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, speech therapy, and food service teams to support resident care
  • Monitor residents' nutritional status, weight trends, lab values, and dietary intake
  • Provide nutrition counseling and education to residents, families, and staff
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to dietary services
  • Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
  • Review menus and therapeutic diets to ensure nutritional adequacy and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record
Qualifications
  • Registered Dietitian credential required
  • Current state licensure/certification as required
  • Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
  • Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and therapeutic diets
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
