Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 + years of experience in the wealth management industry
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or Series 63 & 65) registrations
  • Life & Health Insurance license (or willing to obtain)
  • Expertise in Finance and Investments
  • Experience in retirement planning strategies
  • Proven experience in managing client portfolios and driving business growth
  • Strong relationship-building and business development skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or higher strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive lead generation.
  • Experience balancing investment management, client acquisition, and sales activities.
  • Additional professional certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) are a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
