Job description

An early-stage, venture-backed AI company is hiring a Forward Deployed Product Manager to partner directly with enterprise customers in industrial sectors. You'll translate complex operational challenges into AI-powered solutions, working closely with customers, engineers, and leadership to drive product adoption and business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead customer engagements from discovery through implementation.
  • Turn operational workflows into product requirements and AI use cases.
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
  • Define MVPs, success metrics, and product roadmaps.
  • Drive customer adoption, pilot programs, and account growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, Enterprise Delivery, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Energy, Chemicals, or Refining.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
  • Willingness to travel for customer engagements.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or consulting experience (MBB preferred).
  • Experience with enterprise AI implementations, digital transformation, SaaS, AI/ML, LLMs, or Agentic AI.
