About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Factory Floor Manager to run daily operations at our fortune cookie production facility — overseeing production, staffing, and food safety as our facility's PCQI.What You'll DoOversee daily production to hit schedules and output targets; troubleshoot issues and downtimeEnsure the floor is properly staffed across shifts; supervise, schedule, and train production staffServe as PCQI: own the Food Safety Plan, hazard analysis, and preventive controls per FSMAEnsure staff compliance with HACCP and food safety protocols; conduct audits and monitoringMaintain audit-ready compliance documentation; lead corrective actions and serve as point of contact for inspections/auditsEnforce safety, sanitation, and quality standards; manage materials inventory and report on key metricsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in food manufacturing or production management requiredActive PCQI certification preferred (or eligible/willing to obtain upon hire)Working knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulationsExperience supervising and scheduling production teamsStrong leadership and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environmentBilingual (English/Spanish) required
