Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Forrest Park, GA
Contract - 1 Year

Client- Southern Company services.
Position Overview

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing construction warehouse operations and ensuring proper storage, inspection, and coordination of project materials.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Material Management

  • Manage construction warehouse operations and storage of project materials.
  • Ensure materials are stored properly and in accordance with storage requirements until installation.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance activities for stored materials as required.

Receiving & Inspection

  • Coordinate receipt of materials with buyers, coordinators, invoice reconcilers, and vendors.
  • Inspect materials upon arrival for damage and document all findings.
  • Provide receiving documentation to invoice reconciler for verification.

Documentation & Coordination

  • Gather, input, modify, consolidate, and distribute documentation as directed.
  • Maintain accurate records of material receipt, inspection, and storage.
  • Support coordination efforts until materials are installed and turned over.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 0-3 years of related warehouse, construction, or logistics experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with proactive mindset.
