Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Research Associate II - Pilot Plant for a contract assignment with one of our premier Pharmaceutical clients in Tucson, AZ .
Responsibilities :
  • Perform hands-on reagent formulation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and purity through rigorous analysis.
  • Responsible for interpreting experimental data, maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols, and documenting your findings to support our production lifecycle.
  • Play a key role in our Research Use Only (RUO) operations, supporting the formulation, filling, and packaging of reagent products destined for commercial distribution.
Required Skills :
  • Experienced: 2-4 years of hands-on laboratory experience.
  • Analytical: Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data accurately.
  • A Clear Communicator: Excel at relaying technical information effectively.
  • Detail-Oriented: Solid grasp of industry best practices and compliance standards.
Preferred Skills :
  • Lab Expertise: Prior experience working in a clinical or fast-paced laboratory setting.
