JOB SUMMARY: Warehouse Merchandise Associates are an essential part of delivering the ultimate game day experience for fans. Our top priority is to create a legendary, world-class environment where customer service, attention to detail, and efficient operations shine. This role supports both our retail and warehouse teams by ensuring merchandise is received, organized, and distributed accurately, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and teamwork. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
  • Receive, stock, and distribute products accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all security, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Pull and prepare merchandise daily for remote retail locations.
  • Identify and report quality control issues.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked storage and supply areas.
  • Assist in cycle counts and inventory management using handheld scanners.
  • Support bin location maintenance to ensure efficient product retrieval.
  • Train and coach new associates on warehouse processes and best practices.
  • Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with teammates.
  • Participate in daily/weekly staff meetings and contribute to team goals.
  • All other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong integrity and professionalism in all actions and communication.
  • Ability to accept feedback and make continuous improvements.
  • Excellent customer service and selling skills.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Accuracy in opening and closing procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Availability to work 35-40+ hours weekly, with flexibility in duties as needed.
