Position Summary
Base-2 Solutions is seeking a TS/SCI-cleared OSINT Platform User Support Specialist 4 to support the DOMEX Technology Platform mission in Bethesda, MD. This role supports POSTMAN, a DoD-wide Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination workflow management platform for Open Source Intelligence.
The OSINT Platform User Support Specialist 4 will provide POSTMAN software familiarization and discovery tradecraft support to Intelligence Community users, helping them search for and retrieve relevant data to support intelligence analysis and operations. This role is well suited for a current or former intelligence analyst or intelligence instructor who enjoys helping users, developing tradecraft, solving problems, and working directly with mission partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Become a POSTMAN power user to support the discovery of critical intelligence insights.
  • Provide POSTMAN software familiarization and discovery tradecraft support to IC users.
  • Collaborate with POSTMAN team members, customer staff, and IC users to understand requirements, novel technology applications, and outcome-based approaches.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on platform use and discovery tradecraft through in-person and virtual customer outreach and engagement.
  • Build professional relationships that enable the use of novel technologies and tradecraft to discover, retrieve, and incorporate relevant data into finished intelligence products.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase user adoption of POSTMAN software and relevant data.
  • Create POSTMAN training and familiarization materials to support users.
  • Document and communicate user requirements to POSTMAN development teams.
  • Collect and analyze metrics to refine user engagements and improve data discovery.
Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of ten years of experience working with, or as, an OSINT intelligence analyst.
  • Additional directly related experience as a military intelligence analyst may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience working with Intelligence Community and Law Enforcement Agencies.
  • Experience creating user guides and training end users for software platforms.
  • Ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to solve complex problems in support of real-world national security missions.
  • Ability to work directly with teammates and customers to understand requirements and develop and implement solutions.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and organized.
  • Ability to clarify and accomplish tasks on time under limited supervision.
  • Ability to exercise sound professional judgment that builds relationships and helps prevent or resolve problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience providing technical training for IC tools or technologies.
  • Experience using Elasticsearch/Kibana or data visualization software, including Tableau, ArcGIS, or Analyst Notebook.
  • Data analytics experience.
  • Experience engaging with Senior Executive Service civilians and equivalent military ranks.
  • Experience working Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea issues.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office products, SharePoint, and Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence.

  • Bachelors' Degree with 10 years of experience.
  • Masters' Degree with 10 years of experience.
  • PhD with 10 years of experience.
